Follow your dreams

Hey everyone,

I would like to mention that in order to get what you want in life, you often have to go beyond what you thought you were capable of. That’s how we grow. Achieving goals isn’t just about getting what you’re going after. It’s also about forcing yourself to become better, wiser, and stronger so that you can take on even bigger goals.
Life is going to find way to test you.

At times, you may feel that life is unfair. The urge to quit during these times are the highest but don’t give in. Whatever your dream is, if it’s important to you, then fight for it. Just remember that there is more than one way to achieve your dreams. If one way doesn’t work, just change your strategy. Never giving up doesn’t mean you keep doing the wrong things over and over, it means to be smart and figure out the correct actions to take and then taking them until you achieve your dreams.

Motivate Yourself and Stay fit no matter what

Its really hard to stay fit these days, especially for students who sped most of their time doing work for college.

So I just thought this stay fit tips would be  helpful for some of you.

Find the thoughts that keep you motivated to make the right decisions throughout the day. When you have the choice between working out and watching TV, what thoughts makes you make the right decision? Write those thoughts down and repeat them in your head when necessary.

1.Keep things interesting by doing different types of exercises. Strength train with free weights, smith machines, body weight, isometrics. Running outside in the park, beach, mountains, use the elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, jump rope. I think strength/weight training is the most important part of any exercise routine and should be done at a minimum of 3 days per week. More is better, but at least 3 days.

2. Have the good food in sight. Never ever diet. I rather use the term nutrition plan than diet plan. Eat healthy food and stay away from the processed junk. Stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime. You really burn up calories this way, especially combined with exercise.

3. Find something that you just flat out enjoy and could do for hours and hours. Something that you can spend hours in a bookstore reading about.

Female secrets

Pretty much everyone gets affected by the “black under eye circles” especially students who never get enough sleep.
So I found a little cheat of how to get read of dark cercles quickly !

Apply cucumber slices to your eyes every day for 10 minutes. Cucumber is known for bleaching dark circles, refreshing skin and reducing under eye puffiness. I use this method when I’m tired or stressed and it works miracles.
Put two teaspoons in the refrigerator, and wait for them to get cold. Once they are cold, lie down on your back and put the spoons on your dark circles until it gets warm. This should refresh the area underneath your eyes and banish the dark circles.
Cold tea bags on the eyes is also a very well known home remedy to eliminate black circles. It’s been used in my house since I can remember. The caffeine in tea helps drain water from the tissues around the eyes, diminishing puffiness and treating under eye circles. Tea also contains antioxidants that are beneficial to the skin. Don’t forget to squeeze out any excessive liquid in the tea bags, before placing them on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes.

My mind is lost now

I feel close to this blog and I need to share my problems with somebody.

My very close friend whom I’ve known a long time has died last night by jumping off the 11th floor. It is so terrifying and I haven’t a slightest clue why he did it, no-one does.

He’ll be missed greatly by everyone.
